Refund policy

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • wrong size ordered

  • buyer’s remorse

  • change of mind

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the issue

  3. A short description of the problem

We work with trusted print-on-demand partners, and quality issues are rare — but we’ll make it right if something slips through.
